The Northwest Academy campus is located on 80-acres, at the base of the Cabinet Mountain Range of northern Idaho. The campus features Kaniksu Hall, home to classrooms, computer lab, college guidance counselor office, clinical offices and more. Lolo Lodge houses the dining hall and central great room. Students congregate here, on couches and chairs in front of the huge stone fireplace to relax. It is also the daily gathering place for community-wide announcements and presentations. Caribou Commons is a two-story building dedicated to student recreation complete with a game room, media center, two stone fireplaces and plenty of comfortable chairs and couches for socializing, reading or playing board games.
The campus features separate dorms for male students and female students. Our fitness center and recording studio are easily accessible to everyone on campus.
Completing the campus is a sports field, basketball and volleyball courts, a climbing wall, bouldering rock and a pond that is stocked with trout for fishing and big enough for canoeing. We lease 1000 acres above our campus, which we use for hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing and more.
